Here’s the cheat:

• On the Title Screen that says Press Start
• Hold the Left Trigger + Right Tigger
• Enter the following code: 
  • Down
  • Up
  • Down
  • Left
  • Down
  • Right
  • Up
  • Down

To turn off the code, repeat the above steps.
