1. Go to the Wishing Well ask for what you want
2. Type in 1 Neopoint
3. The URL says:  http://www.neopets.com/wishing.phtml?thanks=1 (see the “1″ at the end)
4. Delete the “1″ and put in “99999″ in the URL
5. Press Enter
6. This will show up in the URL: http://www.neopets.com/wishing.phtml?thanks=99999 
7. The Wishing Well will think that you paid 99,999 Neopoints instead of just 1 Neopoint
