In Halo Wars, the best way to train troops IMO is to lock your base’s main ramp doors and NOT send them out on the battlefield?

Why?

• Your opponents don’t know your plan until you show them
• Your opponents don’t know how many troops you have
• The enemy becomes afraid, because they don’t know what you are up to

What if your enemy uses this training tactic?

• Look at the building activity on their base.  If they are building heavy reactors, odds are that they won’t have huge numbers of units
• Timing is everything.  Time a Leader Power strike when the troops open the door.
