In Pokemon Platinum you can get a Sky form Shaymin. When you have 492 - Shaymin go to Floaroma City and talk to the lady on the travelling path when you enter the town. She will give you a Glacidia flower that has a magical power Give the flower to Shaymin and then go to your Pokemon and click on Shaymin and you will have a Sky Form Shaymin.

hi i live in uk and i cant get the flower she wont give me it why?

you need to have the shaymin in your first pokemon slot of your party, if not she will not notice it and, thus it shall not work. it happened to me also but i figured it out. if you put him in the first slot and she still doesnt notice make sure this requirements are met:
1. The Shaymin has to be in the 1st slot of your party.
2. It will only work if the Shaymin was caught during the story event.
3. If your Shaymin was recieved by trade it will not work.
4. If your Shaymin was recieved via Action Replay Codes it will not work either.(if you only use the cheats so that you obtain Oak’s Letter it should work)
5. If you already recieved the Gracidea Flower from the lady, then brought another Shaymin it will not work.(since its a key item and not a hold item it wont even matter if you bring another shaymin, you cant have the same key item twice, plus you cant be greedy, greed is a sin you know)
I just hope this helped, By the way remember the Gracidea Flower’s effect on shaymin only last through the day, when night falls Sky Shaymin will return to Normal Shaymin, just a reminder.
