2. PRIZES/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for winner and three (3) guests to Honolulu, Hawaii. Trip includes round-trip coach airfare for Grand Prize winner and guests from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to destination and 4-night hotel accommodations (hotel selection is at sole discretion of Sponsor; standard room, quad-occupancy accommodations). Grand Prize also includes one (1) Wii™ home video game system, one (1) NAMCO BANDAI “Active Life™: Extreme Challenge” videogame for the Wii home video game system (includes one (1) game and one (1) floor mat video game controller), and one (1) destination adventure activity while in Hawaii (selected by Sponsor and subject to change). Any expenses, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, taxes, and gratuities not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her guests. Grand Prize winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary and must be able to travel within one (1) year of acceptance of the prize. If Grand Prize winner and his/her guests cannot travel within specified timeline, prize will be forfeited and Grand Prize will be awarded in the Limited Second Chance Drawing (as defined in Section 3 below). In the event the Grand Prize winner or any guest is a minor, such winner or guest(s) must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian. If any activity or tour is delayed, cancelled or postponed for any reason, that portion of the Grand Prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution or cash difference will be provided except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All taxes, fees, and expenses in conjunction with airline tickets are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companions. Travel must originate and terminate at the same airport. Once travel commences, no stopovers are permitted; if stopover occurs, full fare will be charged from stopover point for the remaining segments, including return, of the trip. Grand Prize winner will be required to provide a minimum of forty-five (45) days advance notice of desired departure date.
