Wondering how to get Dialga and Palkia in Pokemon Platinum?

Simply re-visit Spear Pillar again after getting the Orbs, then walk up the waterfall that you pass on the way up. Grab both and head up to the top.

    When do they appear cuz i went up there with both orbs ontop of spear pillar but nothing came up when to they appear?
